This level of care is typically 5-14 days. Patients are stabilized as they enter this level of care, catering to higher acuity and specific needs.

Inpatient is our highest level of care, in which we provide mental and physical stabilization during an acute episode.

This level of care is a critical part of the continuum of care for those struggling with serious mental illness.  We provide a safe, structured and therapeutic environment for individuals who need more intensive treatment than can be provided on an outpatient basis.

The goal of the inpatient stay is to stabilize the individual who is experiencing an acute psychiatric condition with a relatively sudden onset, severe course, or a marked decompensation due to a more chronic condition or ailment.

Patients who are admitted to an inpatient mental health facility usually have severe symptoms that require around-the-clock care and supervision. Inpatient treatment can help people stabilize their symptoms, develop healthy coping skills and begin the process of recovery.
