This level of care is typically 30-35+ days. This is an outpatient program, a step down from PHP, where patients reside in community/sober housing off-site, or in their own residences within the community.

IOPs are typically short-term programs that last 4-6 weeks. This program is an effective treatment option for those who need more support than they can get from traditional outpatient therapy, but who don’t need the 24/7 care that’s provided in an inpatient setting.

This level of care typically involves a combination of individual therapy, group therapy, and other activities such as psychoeducation and skill-building. This program is led by our team of mental health professionals, which may include psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors.

Includes:

  • Patients live in the community (in community/sober housing off-site)
  • Therapeutic programming is typically 3-4 days per week, 3-4 hours per day and may include individual sessions and group therapy sessions
  • Medication Management
  • Life skills reintegration, learning independent living skills
